  • Payment Data: We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored and processed by Razorpay.
  • Community Data: Documents, CC&Rs, rules, maintenance requests, and architectural requests uploaded by HOA board members or residents.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

We use various third-party services to provide our Service, including Artificial Intelligence features. By using our Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these sub-processors:

  • Google Gemini AI: Used for document summarization, natural language search (RAG), and compliance checking of architectural requests against uploaded HOA documents.
  • Supabase & PostgreSQL: Used for secure database storage and authentication. All data is protected via Row Level Security (RLS) ensuring strict multi-tenant isolation.
  • Razorpay: Used for secure payment processing and subscription management.
  • Resend: Used for transactional email delivery.
  • Firebase: Used for real-time push notifications.
  • Vercel: Used for hosting and application deployment.
  • Google OAuth: Used for single sign-on (SSO) authentication.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Service for a variety of business purposes described below:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process.
  • To provide and deliver products and services you request.
  • To bill and collect money owed to us.
  • To respond to user inquiries and offer support to users.

When you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for a grace period before being permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to our backup retention policies.
